Comfort Inn Richfield I-70

At breakfast, the containers were only refilled on request at the reception and the Internet on the PC in the reception hall was not available for several hours.

The location is comfy, 15 minutes' walk to Cove View Golf Course. It's in a nice building in the secure area.

The room, the bathroom, the shower and the staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast was lacking.

The standard of accommodation in this price range is very high. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, for people like us who are passing through, it is highly recommended.

For us there are no complaints.

The hotel was a good choice for us when we were passing through. Not too far from the highway and still quiet rooms. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and the space is good.

I like the hot full breakfast. It's quite good. Also, they have indoor pool and exercise room.

Very clean room, bed was wonderful.

More parking is needed.

We were out late first night so placed the DND sign out.at 7:45 or 8:00 AM sounds like the maids are having a party outside our room. Got up and asked them to move s little further down the hall. They did, one room further.so we showered and left the room at 10:50 AM but not before removing the DND sign. being Memorial day weekend were out visiting family until late about 11:00 PM. When we returned our room had not been made up and no clean towels. Called the desk was told they were working alone. We could come get towels, soap etc. But we would need to make our own beds.At $105.00 a night plus tax and fees I am not accustomed to making our own beds, but that's what we had to do. Very poor services.

Easily accessible from freeway. Nice clean hotel with really warm pool:)

enjoyable stay with easy access to outdoor adventures

After our journey through the fine yet stark landscape, arriving here seemed like stepping into a cute oasis with a beautifully decorated lobby and super friendly staff. It's just under 3 km to the amazing sights at Fishlake National Forest where we enjoyed daily walks surrounded by nature.

The room was one of the best we have stayed in, the view of the mountains from the room was amazing, the breakfast was really good and the location just right for us.

There was nothing to dislike

After a very long day, we went off the beaten path a ways to stay at this Inn. Couldnt have been more pleased overall. Didnt have much of a view, but the view wasnt a gotta have. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff & management were super friendly and helpful. When we arrived around 5pm there was a crockpot full of potato soup available by the reception desk. To our dismay it contained bacon which we do not eat. The following morning we arrived for breakfast to find the manager had a separate pot of biscuit gravy made especially for us without the pork!!! How thoughtful is that?!!! If we find ourselves in Richfield again, we will without a doubt stay at the Comfort Inn.

Bathroom sink countertop edge juts too far into the space by commode. Suggested to manager rounding that edge off. She was agreeable. Bathroom door is very very wide. Cannot just open and enter or exit...have to twist/turn your way in/out.

Would recommend for a two-day stay

Comfortable room, clean room, the indoor swimming pool was enjoyable for a late-night dip after exploring the nearby attractions.

Christopher at the front desk was very accomodating, kind, professional, helpful and generous. Michele in the breakfast room did not stop or stand still for a second! She was constantly cleaning and repleneshing the morning meal. Great staff!!!
